If you upload or use any audio or other content with Hzvibe, you represent and warrant that you own it or have all rights necessary to use it with the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Hzvibe will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Hzvibe at any time, with or without notice, if we believe your use creates risk, violates these Terms, or could expose us or others to harm or liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to Hzvibe will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Hzvibe after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
